Are you an HR Leader or Senior Executive concerned about the complexities of rapidly expanding Paid leave? Interpreting and complying with state and federal paid leave laws are the top challenges facing employers administering employee leave benefits.
In a recent Lockton Companies employer survey, interpreting state and federal leave laws was the most commonly raised concern. Along with the interpretation of laws, employers are also challenged by compliance with federal and state laws. Coordinating different types of absence and applying the Americans with Disabilities Act and the act's 2008 amendments was also a Top 3 challenge.
With Delaware recently joining New Jersey and many other states providing Paid Leave, much of the burden falls on employers. Join us and our panel experts from esteemed law firm Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, Lockton Companies and UKG for a discussion on the complexities of managing Paid Leave for employers and what Best Practices you should be considering right now.
